Yes, absolutely 
As long as it’s you who’s deploying the projects and you control the machines (your servers, your cloud project etc.).
What if it’s your project in your companies cloud (founder of the company)?
That's fine, too! It just needs to be you operating it, and you need to make sure nobody else has access to the back-end.
