Can a few people access the Web Application at the same time on a personal licence?
Are there any limitation doing this? How does collaboration work?

When we designed the license terms we were really thinking about a “user” being someone who interacted with the back-end service. So yes you could have more annotators, so long as they’re only using the web app after you start the service.
