I have team of about 6 volunteers, do i just give them the package that i downloaded ?

Hi! This depends on what you want to do. If you just want to have people annotating, they typically don't need to run Prodigy themselves on their machine and start annotation tasks. Instead, you can start up Prodigy on your server with the data and settings you need, and then give your annotators access to the link(s).
You can either start separate instances on different ports so everyone gets to work on their own dataset, or with their own separate model in the loop. Alternatively, you can also have your annotators access the app with their own named sessions. You can read more about this here: https://prodi.gy/docs/api-web-app#multi-user-sessions
