whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

Hi all,

I have Prodigy license and I bought a Apple M2 Max with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
All the prodigy *.whl files I have available are not suitable for this MAC version giving me always an error of whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
How can I have the whl files for my MAC?

Regards,
Daniel

Just to check, what version of Python are you running? We're in the process of adding Python 3.11 support right now, so if that's the version you're using that might explain what you're experiencing.

Hi Koaning, in fact my virtual environment is running in Python 3.11
Any idea when Prodigy for this version will be available?

We just tested Python 3.11 late last week.

We're planning to get it out for our next patch release, which could be in a week or so. It's hard to give a definitive answer because we're juggling a lot of other updates for v1.12 release and it's a bit tricky to test on every OS/platform.

In the interim, can you run on Python 3.10?

We just released v1.12 candidate that includes Python 3.11 support:

Can you try it and let us know if it works?
