I have a personal license purchased in 2018. Would upgrade option provide me a year starting from purchase date or from the end date of purchased license (which is useless in my case)?
Hi! If your upgrades have already expired, the upgrade extension will start on the day you purchase the extension / when your upgrades and download link are reactivated. So if you order it today, you'll receive upgrades until at least November 30, 2021 – most likely a bit longer, because we always ship patch updates to everyone 
Also, for completeness in case others come across this thread later: If you order an extension and your upgrades haven't expired yet, the 12 further months of upgrades start after the previous upgrades expire.
