I received the email that a new version of Prodigy (>1.17) is available for my license. However, I am unable to upgrade my version of Prodigy. Also, when checking my license in the browser, the latest version of .whl is 1.15.8.
Is this a restriction on the license (not being able to use the latest version) and a mistake in the communication, or is there something wrong with my license? I would greatly appreciate access to this new version of prodigy!

Prodigy license warrants 12 months of free upgrades. If you're unable to upgrade at this point, this most likely means that you're outside this 12-month free upgrade window.
We notify all license holders about the new releases in case they are interested in purchasing an extension. The 12-month extension costs $245 and can be bought here.
If you bought Prodigy in the last 12 months, please email us your license key at contact@explosion.ai so that we can double check and fix that. Thank you.
