I just bought a license but closed the screen where it shows me the license number and link to the whl files. I didn't receive an email with any details and the website doesn't seem to have any way to get it directly. How can I get it? Thanks in advance
Hi! When you order Prodigy, you should receive an email with the order details and download link. Have you double-checked your spam, maybe it accidentally ended up in there? If you can't find it, just send us an email to contact@explosion.ai and include the email address you used for the order, so we can re-send the order email

Thanks - user error! It went to my work email so I guess I entered it wrong. Having other issues (module spacy.gold not found) but trying to figure out the issue. Seems like a version mismatch somewhere!

Solved. I installed spacy v 3 by accident but the version of prodigy I have needs v 2 I think, so downgraded
