Hi! There shouldn't really be a delay as far as I know, although I don't know all the inner workings of the online store provider we use. So it's possible that it might take a minute or two until a cache is refreshed somewhere.
Could you try downloading again and see if it works now? If it does, then it was probably related to the license key not being registered yet. If it still doesn't work, you can email us at contact@explosion.ai with your order ID and we'll look into it
I actually found your order in our system and just tried it with your license key, and it seems to work fine for me. The key validates and it downloads Prodigy. Maybe double-check that you copy-pasted the key correctly and there's no accidental whitespace or anything else in the URL?
It's possible my version of pip is out of date. If it worked for you, and you found it in your system, then .whl is just fine for me :). I just wanted to make sure it was recorded in your system.
