I got the download link via mail from prodigy. But when I try to access the wheel file, it says
"Access to this file has expired. Contact the merchant for access."
Who could help me in this. Any support is appreciated
Hi! It looks like your upgrades included with the order have expired. If you want to download the last version included with your order, send us an email to contact@explosion.ai and include your order ID (starting with #EX...) and we'll send it over
