Our company purchased 5-user license last March this year and would like to upgrade to 1.10. The person who is registered as the owner with you is on fraternity leave. What contact, information, proof do you need for me to get the download link for the latest upgrade?

If you still know the order ID (starting with #EX...), that'd be helpful, too – basically, anything we can use to find the order in our system.
