I just checked your license number and it definitely works for me at https://<LICENSE>@download.prodi.gy. Is it possible that a typo or an extra space sneaked in when typing out the URL? The license number should follow this format in the URL: https://XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX@download.prodi.gy.
If you still have troubles please email us at contact@explosion.ai and we can send you the latest Prodigy so that you are not blocked in the meantime.
I have use the same url and same pip instruction and It’s working now. I believe there must be some inconsistency behind the scenes. Please have the engineer look into it to avoid this in the futher.
Thank you.
