Our company has 5 licenses that were allocated to employees who are no longer employed. How do we get these licenses released so that we can make use of them again.

Assuming you have a company pack, you can email us to get the contact email updated, so that emails about the software updates are sent to the most convenient person.
Once you have the Prodigy wheel installer, you should be good to go. You should keep a list of who currently has access to the software though, for example in a spreadsheet you maintain internally.
