We purchased 5 Prodigy license, and one was installed in a computer that is not longer used. Can we transfer that license to another one without consumming another license? How do we go about doing that?

Sure, that's no problem – the licenses refer to seats, i.e. the people who use and have access to the software, and are not tied to specific machines. You can just re-download the Prodigy installer for your new machine, using the link you received when you first purchased Prodigy.
