Hello,
I bought a Prodigy license last year, but it was sent to a company email that no longer exists (my company split into two entities, and this email address was lost). I obviously forgot to forward this email to my new email address... 
I tried the recovery email form, but I cannot access this old mailbox... The only thing I could do would be to ask finance to try and find the purchase receipt...
Is there any way to recover this license, or is it lost forever ?
