Hi! Do you mean the pre-trained spaCy models? If so, you can download these with the spacy download command. See this page for details.
If you mean Prodigy or the Prodigy installer, you should find the download link in the first confirmation email you received. If you can’t find that anymore, you can send us an email to contact@explosion.ai and we can resend it.
