error saving model: No such option: --output

Hi all,

I am using this line to train and save my model

 !python -m prodigy train --ner ner_location_distinction en_core_web_lg 
--output C:\Users\Documents\Prodigy\models\temp_model --eval-split 0.2

But get the error: No such option: --output

Hi @Zim1-finest , there's no --output parameter in the train method. Instead, you supply the path of the output model as a positional argument. You can do it like this:

python -m prodigy train  C:\Users\Documents\Prodigy\models\temp_models
    --eval-split 0.2  \
    --ner ner_location_distinction  \
    --base-model en_core_web_lg
