Where is PRODIGY_README.html?

Prodigy used to ship with a PRODIGY_README.html , which included the detailed API documentation. As of v1.9, the readme has been replaced with the new website and online documentation , which includes the full API docs. So anything that was available in the readme should now be on the website (plus lots of more content and usage guides).
