Way to get an estimate Memory consumption of spancat model

Hello guys,
i'm working with Span-cat component but facing issue of memory (ran-out) with both CPU training and GPU training is there any way to get an estimate of space required for computation of this ??

GPU : nvidia RTX 3080ti 8GB
RAM : 64 GB
