I am from a company in Singapore. Yesterday when we try to purchase company package with a Singapore VISA card. We tried twice, but both are prompted with can't process with the card.
The card has been used to make purchase with many currency, USD included.
Is there any other way to make purchase?

Hi! Could you send us an email to contact@explosion.ai and include more details on your order (when it was submitted and which email address you used)? We can then have a look in Stripe and check what the problem could be.
There are different reasons for why Stripe may block a credit card transaction. The most common ones are that the bank blocked it or didn't accept the CVC (we can tell you the exact error reported by Stripe here). Occasionally, it can happen that Stripe blocks a transaction because it thinks it's suspicious.
