What does pattern means in the bottom of the annotation interface (please have a look into the attached image)? I didn't find any relation to the labels or to the annotated entities in the displayed raw text.

These are line numbers where the matching patterns are located in the patterns file supplied to the recipe. The line number count starts from zero as you'll notice.
If you'd like some other type of information to show up there, you can overwrite it at the level of the recipe. This post gives an example of how to do that: Return pattern ID instead of pattern number -- ner.manual with pattern jsonl
