Just a small error in the docs

Hi there, I believe that in the docs for the terms.teach recipe there's a small typo in the description of the "--seeds" argument:

Comma-separated list of path to file with seed terms (one term per line).

Unless I misunderstand something, that was probably meant to be an 'or' !
