There's not a simple way but as Matt mentiones below, worst case, you could make changes directly to app.py:

We actually provide the source for the server app within Prodigy, so if worse comes to worst you could make the changes you need to the app.py -- have a look within your Prodigy installation. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to make the front-end aware of the prefix without recompiling the app. I've definitely struggled through this before as well, so I feel the pain. Unfortunately we don't support path-based routing. I wanted this too for our own deployments and really tried to get it to work, but as far as I can see there's no good way to do it that doesn't require recompiling the front-end once the desired subpath is known. The solution is to use subdomain routing instead. So instead of /instance_one/get_questions you'll have instance_one.example.com/get_questions.
