Prodigy review recipe not entirely clear to me

Just so folks are aware, the new Prodigy version (v1.12, currently in alpha) has support for auto accepting single user annotations. You can see it mentioned on the future docs' release notes as well as the recipe description.

Documentation UPDATE! The documentation for the new future release has just received an important update: we now have documentation on Prodigy deployment!
