If you check out the source of ner.batch-train (or the data returned by the ner_batch_train function, if you’re calling it from Python), you’ll see that it returns the best_stats , a dictionary of the results.

If I encapsulate the ner.batch-train in a try/catch I get the exception and I cannot get back the best stats from this return !
