Hello, I’d like to try Prodigy DSPy, but having an access issue. It doesn’t seem to be in our company index. Is this something not covered by the license? Can you help?

`uv pip install prodigy[company]==1.18.4 --extra-index-url ``https://XXXXXXXXXXXX@download.prodi.gy`
`× No solution found when resolving dependencies:`
`╰─▶ Because prodigy-company-plugins was not found in the package registry and prodigy[company]==1.18.4 depends on`
`prodigy-company-plugins, we can conclude that prodigy[company]==1.18.4 cannot be used.`
`And because you require prodigy[company]==1.18.4, we can conclude that your requirements are unsatisfiable.`

`hint: An index URL (``https://download.prodi.gy/``) returned a 403 Forbidden error. This could indicate lack of valid`
`authentication credentials, or the package may not exist on this index.`

Hi @nikolaypavlov,

The `prodigy-company-plugins` package is definitely on the index (I have just tested and it installed for me no problem).

The 403 error is the key clue. The hint says the index returned 403 Forbidden, which means either that the license key in the URL is invalid/expired or the license doesn't cover the company extra (and therefore the `prodigy-company-plugins` package)

Could you verify that your license key is correct and active? You can do that by accessing the download URL in your browser: `https://XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX@download.prodi.gy`. This should list all the packages your license has access to.

They key is active. I can download the latest version of the prodigy, but not the company extras. How can I get access to it?

Hi @nikolaypavlov,

The `prodigy-company-plugins` package is only downloadable with Prodigy [Company license](https://prodi.gy/buy). I should have started there probably, but for some reason I assumed yours is a Company license.
If you have a Company license, please email your license key to `contact@explosion.ai` and we'll check what's going on.
If you have a Personal license, you won't be able to download company plugins unless you upgrade to Prodigy Company.
